Greetings Worldwide Friends,

Greetings in so many ways of soul to soul, this time ‘savadeekaar’  hands palm to palm at heart in a wai from Chiang Mai Thailand.

 We, Antion and I, being lovers of hot endless summers, are currently planning to be  residing in  New Zealand  September to April, in Thailand May, June, July, in Hawaii August, in mainland USA/Seattle (August), and back to NZ September 2011 to April 2012.

 We are in Chiang Mai for 3 months May, June and July. (The November 11.11.2011 celebration will take place in New Zealand not Chiang Mai.) I am talking to Faeng about setting up workshops and events for May of 2012 at her beautiful retreat Centre www.TheSpaResorts.net. …and eating and dancing salsa and meditating in the nearby temple grounds (there are 400 temples within walking distance!) and dreaming of the wonderful things we will do when you come to the land of smiles...

New Zealand News

We recently completed 10 weeks of weekly teaching plus workshops at the beautiful retreat space of  www.Kawaipurapura.co.nz  Invited by the sisters Jenny (owner/director) and Dyana, (marketing director) and the wonderful residents especially Emma (organizer) and Kereru (vision keeper) to have a spiritual home for our work in the lovely Prema and Shanti rooms there, I give heartfelt thanks, and gratitude for all who attended.

Thank you for all the wonderful messages of support we have received, here is just one expression, “You & Antion both radiate so much love, joy & light - which is why many people are drawn to be in your presence - the unspoken energy exchange is enough without the wonderful teachings you have shared with us here in Aotearoa so far”.  ..."Unspoken energy exchange"…aaahh! like even right now...

Upcoming Classes/Workshops/Teacher Training at Kawaipurapura

Classes and workshops will run from 21st September 2011 through April of 2012, and in 2012, September to mid-December.  In the works for 2012 next year is Teacher training.

The “Beyond Kundalini Yoga” Wednesday night 6.30pm to 8.00pm ongoing classes will start on September 21st for two 6-week courses ending mid-December.

Sound Celebration Monthly Musical Evenings

Sound Celebration is a creative combo of high energy multicultural (and interdenominational) inspirational music and singing, sacred Kirtan and chant, Hawaiian sacred song, dance and chant, inspirational messages and meditation, honoring Nature, Earth, Mother, Goddess, Divine Feminine, intuition, healing, Ho’oponopono (alignment for balanced living) and cocreative evolution. Starting first Sunday of the month, October 2^nd,  6 to 8pm with electronic band in the acoustically exciting Shanti room.

11.11.11 Celebration  “The Eleven-Eleven”, 11.11.2011 on Friday 11^th November,  music, chant and wonderful food. The date signifies the next Doorway into living the cocreative field of Love and Oneness. The 11.11  of 11^th January 1992 (many were seeing 11.11 on their clocks continuously) was for us personally  a great wake up, a consciousness shift  that gave us our (second) spiritual names, while catalyzing remarkably unexpected events like me leading 350 people in the ceremony in San Diego, Antion being called to  Haleakala mountain on Maui, and us shortly thereafter moving to Hawaii.

Early this year I lost my on-line presence: my name and all links to everything I had been doing for 30 years was gone, disappeared, my beautiful website and hundreds of links wiped off the internet! Friends said “Time for a new identity!”  (I wailed, “Oh no! not again!”) So I had to come up with a way to share more…in cyber world. In this format (for possibly a limited time) you can avail  yourself of my wealth of training amounting to 40 years in the healing field, (100 pages of valuable information plus personal training and coaching) to give you the support needed to create healing miracles in your own life as I have demonstrated possible in mine.

I like to think that we the ‘cultural creatives’ (CCs) and ‘conscious evolutionaries’(CEs) are manifesting critical mass to co-create the greatest field (CCTGF) of conscious evolutionary love (CEL), resonance and social synergy (RASS) the world has ever seen. Ha, what else is there!?

Aloha and Kia Ora friends!

What a joy you friends are in my life. Even if it turns out that I never see most of you again, or even ever meet you in the physical, I still know and love you forever by virtue of the great web of Aloha.

Here in downunder we are keeping up with the world through the internet, and the news isn't boring is it! The call for self healing and prayer is continuous now, even if it were not personally affecting everyone it still is, as there is so much healing work to be done as “It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society” Jiddu Krishnamurti

So healing and prayer is the major 24/7 job that engages us in our little peaceful cottage by the sea.

Mum died; it was devasting for me. I am slowly finding my life again after her death on Feb.4^th. It has been a most challenging four years, with much learning about the end stage of life/ dying/death. I look forward to sharing more about this fascinating subject. I used to be a midwife birthing life into the world, what a trip to escort out and help birth into the next world, some similarity there!

We made the decision to live part of the year in NZ, and part in Hawaii.

Antion's residency application has been delayed due to needing my fingerprints and having them returned twice by the FBI USA (for being too faint). But Antion has been issued a visitor's permit good until September 2011.

We travel to Hawaii 19th June. I go to Kauai, Antion spends one week on Maui, and is booked to sing at Unity (Saturday service) on June 26th.

I travel to Seattle to visit our daughters for several weeks, leaving Kauai on August 10^th.

We leave Hawaii at the beginning of September to travel to NZ for springtime.

We are enjoying being back to teaching. In both NZ and Hawaii, we are/will be presenting workshops:

Kundalini Chi Yoga, Goddess Embodies with Elandra

We will be posting the details. In NZ I am discovering my favorite wonderful places and people where I gratefully feel most at home, so upon our return our venues will be Wellpark Retreat Centre Albany(Jenny & Dyana), Yoga Orewa, (Natasha) in Orewa, Tui Retreat & Wise Cicada (Daring Donna) The Breathing Space Waiheke, (Neal) and Prana Retreat Centre (Kusum, Somen, Walter) in Coromandel.

I will be giving healing sessions in Hawaii, and Antion as well. In honor of all my friends who have made their exit through cancer I am giving free sessions to anyone with cancer.

Aloha greetings and blessings, dear friends,

May this be your best year ever in consciousness and spiritual growth and may you in all  ways  find yourself well and joyous!

As always and once again Spirit has guided our big moves, this time to spending more time in NZ than expected. My news is of getting grounded here in Auckland (on the ocean in Red Beach ) in the following ways:

Getting a NZ phone number 09 947 0404, and cell 021 055 1120

Being full-time caregiver to my 90 year old mother, and getting a course –fascinating -  in  end of life issues, death and dying in our society

Starting up yoga classes in several centers, Orewa and Albany  

Continuing  healing sessions in  person and by phone

Being an actress again, landing a role in “Bird", a short movie; more information below.

Enjoying Hawaii being part of a Hula Halau

Going  Salsa dancing

Loving  growing a little vege garden

Writing and completing a book proposal

Getting messages from the birds and the trees

And as always and most important, enjoying the ongoing  inner emotional healing work (using and developing Antion’s  healing worksheet system) along with a sustainable lifestyle  of simplicity loving living with less!  

Hawaii , oh my! it was hard to leave, we clung to Hawaii ! We had been uprooted from our beloved Kauai already, now it was a challenge to extricate ourselves from  beloved Maui .  Was it my deceased father who kept turning on overhead lights and lamps in the middle of the night, to get our attention to boot us on? And I was afraid Mum was dying before I could get there.

She needs me - what a trip learning about this age of a 90 year old getting ready-or not- for her transition. So we are learning to accept and enjoy being in Aotearoa (it’s been a long hard, hard and cold cold winter) and to just love from afar the homes and friends everywhere else that I miss.

In our hearts we live simultaneously in two places, and at the moment our plan is to be in Hawaii, Seattle, Canada, Santa Cruz etc next summer May-August of 2010.

It has been at first a lonely effort to get grounded here in NZ, and now we are meeting lots of interesting people. Antion enjoys giving music and chant to  the  wonderful Hula Halau, they are performing at festivals, he put up  video and photos on YouTube and facebook. (Facebook is an amazing way to share Aloha energy when there is not enough time to connect personally or even to write newsletters as I used to.) 

We have been welcomed in several “spiritual homes” to teach Yoga, present music and sound healing.  At Yoga Orewa, (our closest little seaside town) and at the amazing 19 acre retreat center nearby, Kawai Purapura, owned by Wellpark Natural Therapies College, home to a community of 90 people, and a huge wonderful space to enjoy Yoga and devotional music. 

Antion (known as Vikram Singh amongst the Indian community) also regularly gives voice to this side of his musical passion and expertise  in the Gurdwara temples which number six in the area. 

To my great amazement I am back in showbiz ! After putting  up my profile on www.Starnow.com/elandrakirstenmeredith  within a month I landed a role in a beautiful poignant short film by Great Southern TV and Film called "Bird".  The producer is best producer of the year; the award winning directors are a couple, sensitive lovely people. The filming is highest quality real film rather than digital, shot at a yoga center, ready by midyear.  

Upon reading the script I felt as if it had been written just for me.  They were seeking a long haired natural woman in her 60’s, (they said "good looking older women are hard to find!") who loves  nature and is good at yoga.   In one of the scenes you see my character /me  appearing  out of pure white light seated in full lotus pose, levitating  through the air,  a lovely carnation lei around my neck,  floating  smiling  towards my beloved  with arms outstretched towards him.

More life -giving than some of my other roles…a few weeks ago Antion on a whim searched on Youtube  for Kirsten Betts  and Kirsten Lindholm and was surprised to find me put up by someone who says “she is one of my favorite vampires, always wonderful”, you get to see me getting killed three times (burnt at the stake,  head chopped off, and in a ritualistic throat slitting)  - lots of fun,  haha, past lifetime reenactment! www.YouTube.com/kirstenbetts
